Luká Cetera (born 1980 Levoèa, Slovakia) is a Fine Art and Commercial photographer living and working in Prague. He gained his masters in psychology in 2004, and his bachelors degree in photography in 2009. Cetera's photographic efforts grew from a pure documentary approach but were to be later mixed with staged and portrait photography. In his Fine Art series, he is mostly working with middle-format film cameras and natural light.
Lukas' work is a beautiful display of domestic life, photographing pregnancy and children. Work that he references Roland Barthes' A Lovers Discourse.
The supposedly initial episode (though it may be reconstructed after the fact) during which the amorous subject is "ravished" (captured and enchanted) by the image of the loved object (popular name: love at first sight; scholarly name: enamoration. Roland Barthes, A Lover's Discourse
